This is a rare opportunity to take it from 0 to 1, shaping how we hire across the entire company.Decisions move fast, you can implement changes the same day and immediately see the impact. You’ll help define the processes, craft the candidate experience, and raise the bar for how we scale.This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.
