Requirements and responsibilities

Tracking/Logistics Coordinator — remote role based in Colombia. English proficiency (B2–C1) required. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with partner carriers, monitoring loading, unloading, and appointment schedules, proactively identifying potential problems and resolving them before they escalate, following up with customers on delays, missed appointments, or late arrivals, and supporting other team members as needed.
