This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user experience. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to design and execute test plans, build automated test suites, and champion quality across the entire software development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Planning & ExecutionCollaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and potential risks.Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and performance scenarios.Perform manual testing for exploratory, usability, and edge-case scenarios.Test AutomationDesign, implement, and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and regression).Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality feedback.Monitor and maintain test results, ensuring failures are triaged quickly.Defect Tracking & ReportingLog, prioritize, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Linear).Partner with developers to reproduce, debug, and verify fixes.Provide transparent reporting on test coverage, pass/fail rates, and quality trends.Quality AdvocacyParticipate in design reviews, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to identify potential issues early.Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent defects.Required Qualifications3–5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or equivalent.Proficiency in writing automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why Join UsWork with a collaborative, high-performing engineering team that values quality at every step.Opportunity to shape and improve our test automation strategy and quality processes.Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about technology and eager to work on a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
