Requirements and responsibilities

We are hiring an English-speaking Appointment Setter (LATAM) responsible for contacting inbound patient leads, people who opted in from our Facebook and Instagram ads, qualifying their interest, and scheduling them on our clinic clients’ consultation calendars. The role includes calling and texting new leads within 1–3 minutes of receiving them, following a proven script, answering basic questions, and guiding each potential patient toward booking an appointment. Availability: Weekend and evening availability (8am–8pm CST) is a plus, but not required. Key responsibilities: * Complete high-volume daily outreach (calls + texts), with a target of 100+ calls per day. * Contact new leads within 1–3 minutes and maintain fast follow-up response times. * Qualify patients based on interest, budget or readiness, and timing, and book consultations. * Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed to keep calendars accurate and reduce no-shows. * Follow the structured 4-day call and text cadence and weekly nurture messaging. * Maintain clean, accurate notes and dispositions in the CRM (GoHighLevel). * Send a short end-of-day report summarizing activity, bookings, and reschedules. * Meet weekly booking goals to support client growth and show-rate performance. This role requires clear English, strong phone communication skills, and comfort handling high-volume outreach and follow-up. Requirements & preferences: * Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred, with med spa or aesthetics experience as a strong plus. * Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and ability to work independently. * Coachable, consistent, and able to follow established scripts and systems. Compensation: $1,000 USD per month base plus $5 USD per qualified appointment booked, with unlimited earning potential. Payouts are weekly or bi-weekly through Deel.
