We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives in ambiguity, owns outcomes end-to-end, and enjoys turning vision into high-performing, secure, and elegant applications. You'll build across the stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure — while integrating next-gen AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI. Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack features using React.js, Next.js, .NET Core, and Node.js.
* Build robust, secure APIs and connect them to engaging, responsive frontend experiences.
* Integrate AI features using Azure OpenAI and OpenAI APIs into user-facing apps and automation pipelines.
* Develop and maintain REST APIs using Node.js and Python (e.g., with FastAPI or Flask).
* Work with both MongoDB and Azure SQL to handle structured and semi-structured data securely and efficiently.
* Own Azure deployment architecture including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage Queues, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Drive architecture, performance, and security reviews; optimize for scale, latency, and throughput.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features users love fast.
* Mentor engineers, lead design discussions, and foster engineering excellence across the team.
Qualifications & Attributes
* 10+ years of full-stack development experience, shipping SaaS or enterprise-grade applications.
* Frontend: React.js (with Hooks), Next.js (v13+), Tailwind, Shadcn, HTML5, CSS3.
* Backend: Node.js (v18+), ASP.NET Core (.NET 8+), REST API design, secure authentication flows.
* Databases: Deep expertise in MongoDB and Azure SQL.
* Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including compute, storage, and messaging services.
* AI: Proven experience integrating OpenAI or Azure OpenAI for intelligent features.
* DevOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, code linting, and deployment strategies.
* A bias for action, strong ownership, and ability to thrive in startup speed and uncertainty.

Working Hours
Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
Compensation
Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability), transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
