The company is based in Stockholm, offering the Neko Body Scan experience at locations in Stockholm, London and Manchester, with over 500 employees.Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to support global initiatives and contribute to the evolution of Neko Health’s total rewards programs. This role focuses on delivering insights, analytics, and recommendations that inform executive decisions, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the team expands.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Compensation & Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for executive roles to support competitive positioning and governance compliance.Rewards Design Support: Collaborate with leadership on compensation strategy, including equity programs (RSUs, options), bonus schemes, and long-term incentives.Workforce Planning & Cost Analysis: Assist with annual workforce planning and cost modeling, providing data and scenario analyses to support decision-making.Remuneration Committee Support: Prepare high-quality materials for RemCo and Board discussions, including pay philosophy updates, equity refresh proposals, and regulatory compliance.Global Policy Implementation: Support the design and execution of policies aligned with EU Pay Transparency Directive, UK regulations, and US market entry.Analytics & Insights: Deliver data-driven insights on pay equity, internal leveling, and market competitiveness to guide strategy.Experience & SkillsStrong experience in executive compensation, benchmarking, and rewards analytics.Knowledge of equity programs and relevant regulatory frameworks.Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.Experience preparing materials for Board or RemCo-level discussions is a plus.Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in compensation modeling.Closing descriptionWe offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development.
