Responsibilities and deliverables


Candidate Requirements: ● Has a track record helping clients translate complicated requirements into easy-to-use products to deliver an experience that helps customers solve problems, ultimately driving business value. ● Has built simple products for complex industries by challenging assumptions with a user-centric lens. ● Well versed in multi-tenant applications and payment-driven solutions. ● Experience designing companies’ digital products ● Facilitated design critiques, design reviews, and other formats with a strong focus on efficient decision-making and design system alignment. ● Owned and led the discovery and strategized phases of a project. ●Created new UX design vision, proactively pitched UX design vision, and influenced product strategy. ● Used system-level design thinking to drive scalable design solutions. ● Championed user-centered design culture and best practices in the design team and cross-functional teams. ● Used technologies such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, Office 365, Jira, Confluence, Atomic Design, SaaS Design Responsibilities ● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers ● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps ● Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets ● Build page navigation buttons and search fields ● Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like ● Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, icons) ● Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders ● Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, lack of clear workflow) ● Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback ● Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
