Responsibilities
We are actively seeking an experienced SCLM (Software Configuration and Library Manager) Administrator with strong Mainframe and SCLM administration expertise to support a critical enterprise environment.Required Skills & Experience:Strong knowledge of SCLM functions, project definitions (PROJDEFS), dataset/library management, and hierarchy controlExperience performing source movement, compile, bind, and deployment activities using SCLMHands-on experience with move, compile, bind, deploy JCL, backup, staging, and backout proceduresProficiency with ISPF panels and SCLM operationsExperience managing VSAM clusters, PDS libraries, and accounting datasetsStrong understanding of COBOL, CSP, CICS/DB2, VSAM/DB2, Easytrieve, JCL, and mainframe build processesRACF (or equivalent) security administration and access managementAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex SCLM and mainframe environment issuesExperience supporting SCLM upgrades, maintenance, and configuration tuningStrong documentation, reporting, and operational support skillsNice-to-Have Skills:COBOL and JCL scripting for automationSCLM workflow automation and tool integrationAdvanced reporting and analyticsChange management and process improvement experienceTraining and mentoring development teams after SCLM upgradesIf you are interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please share your updated resume.📧 Joseph.reddy@tekcel8.com
