You're energized by building the system rather than inheriting a finished oneHands-on and technical. You don't need to write production SQL, but you need to understand systems integration, how CRM and warehouse data flow into each other, and what breaks when they don't. You build things yourself before you delegate themSMB, DTC, or PLG market experience. Our buyers are independent creators, not procurement departments, and they cannot be pulled off a list in ZoomInfo. You'll need to be creative and analytical about how we find and qualify themReal depth in the strategic side of RevOps: comp and attainment design, pipeline modeling, segmentation, and partnering with Finance on planningExperience running a deal desk or approvals process, or standing one upFluent with AI tools as part of how you work, not as an experiment. You use them for enrichment, market mapping, agent workflows, and automating the repetitive parts of ops, and you have the judgment to know where their output needs a humanA communicator who produces readouts, not just meetings. You can show a team what changed and why it mattersComfortable in a remote-first, fast-moving environment with a small team and a wide surface areaNice to HavesExperience in the creator economy, video, membership, or community softwareSalesforce and HubSpot in the same stack, with a warehouse behind themBackground building outbound and prospecting motions from close to zeroExperience with revenue recognition workflows or multi-currency billingDirect experience partnering with a CRO or a founder-led GTM teamHow We Work, Our ValuesThese are the five values we hold ourselves to, and what they look like in this role:Customer Obsessed. You build systems that make the creator's experience better, not just the reporting easier. You remember there's a real business at the end of every record in the CRM.Push the Pace. You ship the working version and improve it. You move at the speed of the decision in front of you.Own the Outcome. You own the revenue numbers this function influences, not just the dashboards that display them.Simplicity Wins. You take a tangle of tools and process and make it something the team can actually follow.Go Further Together. You build the trust with Finance, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing that makes this function work at all. Without it, RevOps has no inputs. What We OfferFlexible PTO plus 8 paid company holidays Medical benefits with cost sharing: health, dental, and vision (US based)401(k) plan with company match (US based)Flexible parental leaveRemote-firstStipends for technology, coworking space, and professional developmentNote: Benefits may vary depending on location and local regulations.
