To tell us what's actually worth building.Ideal candidate is someone with a deep crypto trading / quant / market making background, who knows where latency matters most and what infrastructure limitations traders face today.You'll be working directly with our data, product, and BD teams to identify valuable opportunities, test hypotheses, lead collaboration with trading firms, and ultimately design products that translate speed into economic value for traders.Fully remote, high ownership role.
