Responsibilities
Support Lightcast's global data initiatives by analyzing and improving multilingual data quality.Collaborate with Linguistics and Engineering teams to develop parsers and evaluate text classifiers.Translate key taxonomies to ensure high-quality data delivery to customers.Full-time independent contractor position for up to 6 months.Requirements:Proficiency in reading and writing Croatian, with understanding of language syntax.Reliable laptop and internet access.Multilingual candidates preferred, especially those proficient in Bosnian or Serbian.Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or related field preferred.Experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and data cleanup.Knowledge of SQL and regular expressions (RegEx).Familiarity with text analysis or machine learning principles.Ability to perform detail-oriented work accurately and independently.Strong organizational and time management skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a global leader in labor market insights.Commitment to diversity and equal opportunity in the workplace.
