Ad Creative Specialist (Video + Static Ads for Meta) — Full-Time, Remote Want to know if your ads actually sell? Here you'll see the cost per lead of every creative you make, and work with a team that tests new ideas every week. WHO WE ARE MBCC Solutions books appointments for Hispanic home-service contractors in the US (remodeling, roofing, concrete, landscaping, painting) through Meta ads. We have 30+ active clients and launch and test new creatives every week. We're looking for the person who makes them. See our ads: [link] WHAT YOU'LL DO - Edit short video ads (15–60 sec): hooks, captions, b-roll, testimonial and before/after cuts - Design static ads and carousels for Meta - Create variations of winning ads: new hooks, formats, and angles - Review weekly with our media buyer which creatives are working and suggest what to test next - Adapt every concept to Meta placements (feed, stories, reels) WHAT YOU GET - $900–$1,100 USD/month, based on skills demonstrated - See the real results of your work: CPL, CTR, and leads for every ad - Organized raw footage, niche templates, and clear briefs - Full-time, 100% remote, long-term - Room to grow into a Lead Creative role as the team grows WHAT YOU NEED - 2+ years making social ads (video and static), ideally for Meta - Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci for video; Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for statics - You know what makes someone stop scrolling in the first second - Native Spanish and good English (our ads and captions are in both) - You care more about an ad selling than just looking pretty - Full-time availability and a computer that handles 1080p editing smoothly THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF... - You only want to do brand design or artistic editing - You'd rather not know what happened to your ads - You're juggling several clients and can't give us full-time focus >> Apply through Torre.ai <<
