What You’ll Do - Build and configure JobTread accounts for clients - Build and organize cost catalogs and cost codes - Create and configure estimate templates, schedules, selections, and workflows - Assist with construction estimating setup and organization - Set up scopes of work, labor, materials, subcontractors, allowances, markups, and job costing - Clean up and organize existing JobTread accounts - Assist with JobTread data migration and account restructuring - Review existing JobTread setups and identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement - Provide ongoing JobTread support to clients - Troubleshoot JobTread setup and workflow issues - Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and construction teams - Document JobTread setups, processes, and best practices - Create and maintain SOPs - Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve research, documentation, problem-solving, and efficiency
