Responsibilities

Requirements: * Education: Software engineer, computer science engineer, or related. * Three years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in technical writing of software documentation. * Basic software development and its life-cycle knowledge. Responsibilities: * Create high-quality documentation following company standards. * Collaborate with internal teams regarding product and documentation specifications. * Creation of user interface texts, online help, and easy-to-understand developer guides. * Creation of tutorials of the different applications for the final user. * Analyze the existing and potential content. * Create and maintain information architecture. El Callao is using Torre's Agile Recruitment for this process. You can find the steps you will take below: Step 1: You will answer 2 quick screening questions. 3-4 minutes Step 2: You will do a Torre Testing & Certification session to validate your skills [60mins].
