Requirements and responsibilities

✅ Requirements 🚀 You are expected to easily understand and produce all written and spoken forms of English. 🚀 The candidate must work in the office located in the We Work Usaquén (Ak. 7 #116-50, Usaquén, Bogotá, Colombia). 🚀 The candidate must have experience working and interacting with clients. 🚀 The candidate must have experience solving problems with clients. 🚀 The candidate must have experience working in a Startup. 🚀 The candidate must have proficient level in the role which means he/she is able to work with minimum supervision. 🚀 This opportunity is 100% operational. The candidate should be comfortable with agility and pressure. 🚀 If the candidate has experience working in a startup it will be a plus (nice to have). 🚀 If the candidate is related to wellness is a plus (sports, yoga, meditation). ✅ Responsibilities 🚀 Determine destinations, track progress, and drive successful completion. 🚀 Develop and implement growth plans to help high potential local partners scale with us. 🚀 Identify, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with additional tour operators to best serve our travelers’ needs. 🚀 Negotiate various terms and commissions with operators. 🚀 Ability to negotiate special perks for TourHero customers. 🚀 Talk to TourHero customers and address any concerns.
