Role Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will create and lead a dynamic small team, executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and build lasting client relationships. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B sales within the tech industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performance sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client base in the tech industry. - Identify and target potential B2B clients in need of tech staffing services, building strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Proactively prospect new clients through various channels, tailoring solutions to meet their tech staffing needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and stay updated with industry trends. - Lead, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives, ensuring they employ effective sales tactics to meet objectives. - Manage the recruitment processes, set objectives, train and coach team members, and monitor their performance. - Ensure company quotas are met by holding regular check-ins with the sales team, analyzing performance data, and making necessary forecasts. - Oversee month-end and year-end close processes. Qualifications: - MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the tech staffing industry. - In-depth knowledge of technology staffing services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite. - Minimum of five years of experience in managing tech staffing sales in a corporate setting. - Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
