About the Client Our client is a leading commercial real estate and property management organization dedicated to developing innovative environments where communities thrive. Role Overview The Design Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of design projects from concept to completion. This role works closely with internal teams—including Development, Leasing, and Construction—to transform ideas into technical and build-ready plans. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily design operations for assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine conceptual and technical designs. * Prepare space programs, concept plans, and LODs (Levels of Detail). * Monitor design approvals, project documentation, and A&E cost status. * Ensure compliance with building codes and design regulations. * Translate tenant or client requirements into effective design solutions. * Present design ideas through 3D modeling or sketches. * Coordinate with external partners to align design and budget objectives. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 3–5 years of experience in Industrial, Office, Mixed-Use, or Hospitality/Food Service design. * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to travel as needed. * U.S. Work Authorization required.
