Requirements and responsibilities

This position is for a Real Estate company that handles various developments and flips. We are looking for someone to perform data entry, reconciliation, and general bookkeeping. Experience with Rent Manager will be a plus. Key responsibilities include: * Recording financial transactions accurately and classifying them in the general ledger. * Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including verifying invoices, issuing payments, and managing client disbursements. * Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements. * Preparing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. * Generating financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. * Assisting with budget preparation and expense tracking. * Maintaining organized financial documentation, often using digital systems like Rent Manager and Google Drive. * Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters. * Identifying and reporting discrepancies or potential issues in financial records.
