Director of BizOps at Kira Financial Technology

In this role, you’ll work side by side with our CEO and leadership team, gaining direct exposure to every part of the business. You’ll need a high operational IQ, a bias for action, and the ability to learn and execute across multiple functions at speed. This is the most direct path to earning the skills, network, and experience needed to launch and lead your own venture. Your Role – Director of Business Operations You’ll work across—and improve—critical areas of the business, including: * Business Development – support deals, partnerships, and market expansion. * Customer Success – refine onboarding, retention, and support processes. * Finance – assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capital efficiency. * Back Office & Trade Settlement – streamline operational execution. Must-Have Requirements: * 2+ years of experience at a top-tier firm (tech, consulting, finance, or equivalent). * Strong desire to start your own company or become C-level at a major startup within 3 years. * Exceptional execution speed and a strong sense of urgency. Nice-to-Have: * Based near one of our offices (Miami, Mexico City, Bogotá). * 2+ years at a top investment bank, management consulting firm, or top MBA. * Proven track record in high-intensity, high-growth environments.
