👨💻Responsibilities about the project:
Requirements & best practices:
* Define, document, and communicate technical requirements for automation and ML-driven solutions, ensuring the use of best practices across projects.
Model design, implementation & deployment:
* Design, build, and deploy machine learning models (predictive analytics, anomaly detection, intelligent workflows, etc.) to optimize business processes and workflows.
Testing, monitoring & improvement:
* Run experiments, test models, and refine them to improve accuracy, scalability, and automation reliability. Train, retrain, and monitor ML systems in production to ensure consistent performance and adaptability.
Data analysis & automation opportunities:
* Analyze large, complex datasets to identify automation opportunities, validate models, and support decision-making with statistical insights.
Automation pipelines & integration:
* Develop and maintain automation pipelines to reduce manual tasks and integrate ML models into enterprise applications, APIs, RPA platforms, and cloud services.
Collaboration & consulting:
* Collaborate with managers, process owners, data engineers, and software developers to translate business requirements into ML-driven solutions and ensure seamless integration into operations.
Frameworks & scalability:
* Extend and customize existing ML libraries and frameworks to support process automation needs. Optimize automation pipelines for performance, scalability, and sustainability.
Communication & knowledge sharing:
* Translate complex ML and automation concepts into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders. Document automation flows, ML logic, and best practices to support reproducibility and continuous improvement.
📜Requirements:
Education & background:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years of experience developing and deploying ML solutions, ideally applied to process automation, operations, or business optimization.
* Solid foundations in applied machine learning, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
Programming & technical expertise:
* Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Experience with other programming languages such as R, Java, Julia, Scala, C++, JavaScript, Prolog, Haskell, or Lisp is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, classification, clustering, optimization, and anomaly detection.
* Back-end experience with SQL database technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure SQL Database) and working with large operational datasets.
* Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, and RPA integration.
Automation & deployment:
* Experience with process automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar) is a strong advantage.
* Proven track record in automating tasks such as forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent document processing, or workflow optimization.
* Knowledge of cloud AI/ML services (Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, TFS, SVN, CVS), and deployment of ML workflows.
* Demonstrated expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of ML solutions.
Collaboration & communication:
* Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams, Agile/Scrum team members, and business stakeholders.
* Ability to translate complex ML and automation concepts into actionable business solutions.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
🏅Bonus Skills:
* Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
* Knowledge of time-series forecasting for demand or operational planning.
* Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) for document and communication automation.
* Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Certifications in cloud AI/automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, UiPath Certified Professional).
* English Level: Upper intermediate to advanced.
