What You'll DoOwn Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end hiring process — from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation — across both technical and non-technical roles.Drive TA Projects & Results: Take ownership of key talent acquisition initiatives. Define success metrics, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve time-to-fill, conversion rates, and candidate quality.Influence & Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership.
