* Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (computer science, software, or related field of study).
* At least 6 years of work experience in the Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics.
* Bilingual proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
* Interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenges.
* Strong soft skills, including skilled networking creation, influencing skills, continuous learning, and a positive ownership profile.
* Familiarity with Embedded C on microcontroller architectures.
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
* Experience in automotive embedded software development.
* Deep embedded triaging skills.
* Experience in diagnostics, low power mode implementation, and factory-test software.
* Knowledge of Agile methodology and Automotive SPICE.
