Marketing Specialist (Senior‑Level) Location: Remote (Latin America preferred) Hours: Full‑time Schedule: To be Discussed Salary: $2000 - $2600 USD/month Reporting to: Director of Marketing About Company & Role: The group includes multiple parallel brands serving both B2C (vehicle registration for everyday and off‑road vehicles) and B2B (dealership & reseller vehicle registration) as well as high‑end client brand. You’ll be joining a fast‑moving marketing team in a growth phase, tasked with leading the content & social strategy across the brand ecosystem. This role demands senior‑level marketing expertise: you’ll shape brand voice, content strategy, social media presence, and support campaigns that span multiple distinct brands. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage content calendars across multiple brands (B2B) -Write engaging and on‑brand copy for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and brand touch‑points -Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist and creative team on campaign messaging and creative briefs -Monitor engagement metrics (e.g., reach, clicks, conversions) and optimize content based on performance -Maintain consistent tone, voice and brand integrity across all channels and brands -Support rollout of new brand launches and help cross‑brand integration of marketing assets -Bring storytelling and brand differentiation into each brand’s content strategy, while balancing growth and conversion metrics Must‑Have Qualifications: -4–6 + years experience in social media, copywriting and digital marketing, especially in a multi‑brand environment -Proven ability to adapt messaging for different brand personalities (luxury vs mass market vs B2B) -High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a dynamic, startup-ish environment -Strong storytelling skills, excellent command of English (near‑native) -Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple brands simultaneously, meet deadlines and iterate quickly -Must have proven, successful experience working with multiple USA companies also. This is a non-negotiable. -Familiarity with marketing automation, email platforms, and possibly managing copy + visuals -Adept at writing short-form and long-form copy that aligns with each stage of the customer journey -Proven ability to craft persuasive narratives that convert readers into customers across multiple platforms Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications -Experience with B2B and B2C marketing in one role (e.g., consumer and business facing) -Agency experience is a huge plus. We operate as an internal agency since we have a big group of brands. Experience owning their own business is also a plus -Experience creating brand style guides or working with brand portfolio management
