We are seeking an experienced CSR professional to lead the growth and impact of the corporate social impact pillar of our Institutional Member community. As a Practice Lead, you will manage and grow an essential element of NationSwell’s membership business. The salary for this position is $160,000-$180,000 base plus uncapped commission. Responsibilities: - Manage CSR Membership Practice - Build relationships with senior CSR leaders and recruit new members to the IM community - Contribute to IM Management Team - Contribute to Business Development Management Team - Contribute to Content and Programing relevant to CSR members
