Hi, I’m Alexander Torrenegra, CEO of Torre.ai. I'm seeking a B2E sales co-founder to join us in revolutionizing recruitment in the US market. WHAT IS TORRE? We’re building the ecosystem for the future of recruitment. Our tech automates recruitment from beginning to end and predicts whether a candidate will be a good fit for a job, team, and leader, and vice versa. Our flagship product is a new global job network: one where the main interface is not a job board or an app, but Emma, an AI personal recruiter who works as the talent agent for millions of people. Our motto is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Our seed round was $20M, of which I contributed $10M. Previously, I co-founded and bootstrapped Voice123, the first and largest global marketplace for voice-overs, and Bunny Studio, a mission-critical outsourcing solution for creative work. I scaled each to hundreds of millions in revenue. Torre.ai is scaling fast with product-led growth (PLG). However, we're leaving money and network effects on the table by not having a strong US sales-led growth (SLG) approach. I must remain focused on PLG. Ergo, I need an experienced co-founder rather than just an employee. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS: You’ll be responsible for starting and rapidly growing our enterprise sales in the US. In particular, you'll be selling Torre OS, a comprehensive recruitment SaaS solution that includes: • AI recruiting agents (the most advanced of their kind) • ATS (AI-native applicant tracking system) torre.ai/ats • CRM (candidate relationship management) • Programmatic job advertising torre.ai/reach • Psychometrics torre.ai/culturalfit https://torre.ai/culturalfitforcompanies You're expected to know how to do it well (from developing relationships, leading POCs, closing the deal, managing accounts, and hiring a team that will scale it).
