As the Tech Lead - Senior FullStack Engineer at Manara, you will play a lead role in building the company's first consumer-facing tech product. Your responsibilities will include building a consumer-facing app for the users of the training & job placement program, determining product features, user experience, and architecture design. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and manage junior engineers and contribute to the establishment of the engineering team's culture. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical, and entrepreneurial skills, as well as a passion for the company's mission of unlocking the full potential of top tech talent in MENA. This is a fully remote position, and the company is open to candidates from anywhere in the world. Responsibilities: - Build the company's first consumer-facing app for the users of the training & job placement program - Determine product features, user experience, and architecture design - Implement complex workflows in the Next.js/Node application - Write high-quality, maintainable code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests - Collaborate effectively with Operations, Product, and Design teams - Work with the latest technologies such as Javascript, Typescript, and Node - Focus on business value and understand how each task contributes to the company's goals - Work effectively with other team members and collaborate with sales and training/program managers
