We are seeking a Director, M&A Integration to join our team and lead the program management of confirmatory diligence, integration planning, execution, and synergy realization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Serve as a bridge and support for the Strategy team through confirmatory diligence and day one readiness. - Provide the structure, operating rhythm, and execution methods to drive progress towards successful M&A Integrations (often simultaneously). - Partner closely with the People & Culture team to ensure the employee experience is positive throughout the M&A integration. - Leverage program management best practices to ensure we achieve the strategic and operational objectives of each transaction. - Nurture strong stakeholder relationships across the C-Suite and Workstream Leads for each deal to ensure appropriate visibility and support is there to attain goals. - Be proactive and define the long-term integration roadmap to stay ahead of day-to-day tactical activities and communicate vision to all stakeholders - Provide weekly updates to appropriate Steering Committee members. - Staff each program appropriately based off deal assumptions and transactions goals. - Own the synergy realization process in partnership with FP&A and People & Culture, forecasting earnout trends quarterly. - Ensure continuous learning is incorporated into the evolution of Sterling’s M&A Playbook incorporating industry best practice and prior experience. - Directly leads the client migration team ensuring appropriate change management methods are applied to attain retention goals and client satisfaction.
