Responsibilities
About the Role:
* We are looking for a bilingual (English–Spanish) account manager, project manager to manage U.S.-based digital marketing clients.
* You will coordinate internal teams, manage deliverables in Monday.com, and ensure high-quality client communication.
* 90% of interactions are in English.
Responsibilities:
* Act as primary client contact in English and Spanish.
* Maintain and grow client relationships.
* Translate client goals into action plans and timelines.
* Present reports, strategies, and updates in English.
* Manage expectations, deliverables, and scope.
* Build and manage project timelines in Monday.com.
* Assign tasks and track progress across teams.
* Lead internal check-ins and ensure accountability.
* Coordinate content, SEO, and technical deliverables.
* Identify risks and resolve blockers before delays occur.
* Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Requirements:
* Fluent English C1 or higher.
* Fluent Spanish.
* 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, digital marketing.
* Experience with U.S.-based clients, international accounts.
* Strong communication, organization, presentation skills.
* Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
* Ability to work full-time EST Miami hours.
* Understanding of digital marketing workflows in content, SEO, web.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in digital marketing agencies.
* Knowledge of SEO tools, analytics, CRMs.
* Experience leading remote teams.
