You will collaborate with instructional designers to develop creative digital learning and training programs, and work with leadership and business owners to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the sales and success teams. This role requires strategic thinking, project management expertise, and the ability to navigate changes in priorities to improve performance and results. Responsibilities: - Partner with leadership and business owners to develop curriculum and program strategies - Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build and deliver creative digital learning and training programs - Be an expert on enablement strategies in consideration of subject matter and audience - Work with Worldwide Marketing on integration of enablement strategies into Autodesk's global One Team Program - Provide data-driven expertise to evolve programs and training solutions, validate skill proficiency, and measure knowledge retention - Explore new learning strategies to ensure enablement is seamless, integrated into the flow of work, and becomes a differentiator for Autodesk - Build working relationships across the business and use SMEs to help enhance enablement programs and content
