3. Timeline and Deadlines: Track and manage timelines and deadlines for all aspects of the transaction, such as inspections, appraisals, loan processing, and closing. Proactively address any potential delays or issues that may arise.
4. Communication and Updates: Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, providing regular updates, answering queries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Coordination of Services: Coordinate and schedule necessary services like inspections, repairs, and escrow activities to ensure timely completion and satisfaction of all parties involved.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transaction-related documents, communications, and milestones.
7. Transaction Support: Assist agents and brokers in various administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, supporting their efforts in providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
2. Knowledge: Thorough understanding of real estate processes, contracts, and regulations, including familiarity with relevant software and transaction management tools.
3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
