Each customer segment has a leader who understands that audience, sets the strategy, and brings the right teams together to grow the business.About the RoleThe Segment Marketing Lead will be the marketing leader for our Nurse Practitioner audience. You will help more Nurse Practitioners discover, choose, and continue engaging with Colibri Healthcare's education products.You will own the segment's marketing strategy and performance across the full customer journey. You will set priorities, guide a team, and partner with channel experts across paid media, CRM, content, creative, analytics, product, and operations. You will not be expected to personally execute every channel; your impact will come from knowing the customer, making clear decisions, and helping teams move together.This role may be a strong fit if you are a B2C growth marketer who pairs customer empathy with data, can turn insight into a focused plan, and enjoys leading people through change. You are comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and the details needed to make the work real.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the marketing strategy for the Nurse Practitioner segment, connecting customer needs and business goals across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retentionBuild a deep understanding of the Nurse Practitioner audience by combining customer research, market and competitive trends, campaign performance, and direct feedbackTranslate insights into clear positioning, messaging, offers, campaigns, and lifecycle programs that feel relevant to Nurse Practitioners and support measurable growthLead integrated, full-funnel plans with channel owners and agency partners across paid search, paid social, CRM and email, SEO, organic social, direct mail, and emerging channelsUse acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, revenue, and return on marketing investment data to prioritize opportunities, guide testing, and improve performanceLead and develop a team of marketing managers and coordinators while creating alignment across Product, Brand, Analytics, Creative, Operations, channel teams, and business leadershipQualifications7+ years of B2C marketing experience, including a strong track record leading integrated, multi-channel growth programsExperience owning the strategy for a defined customer audience, segment, product line, or business area and being accountable for measurable resultsStrong understanding of digital acquisition and lifecycle marketing, with the ability to guide specialists and agencies without needing to be the hands on operator in every platformComfort using customer research, funnel data, testing results, and financial or performance metrics to make decisions and prioritize investmentsExperience managing and developing people, setting clear priorities, and creating accountability while supporting growth and learningStrong communication and cross-functional influence, including the ability to translate strategy into practical action in a matrixed environmentA bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in healthcare, education, professional certification, or another regulated industry is helpful but not requiredTools & TechnologiesYou do not need to be the day to day operator in every platform, but familiarity with the following will help you partner effectively with channel and analytics teams:Paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads and Meta AdsCRM, email marketing, and marketing automation platformsWeb analytics, reporting dashboards, and funnel performance toolsSEO, audience research, experimentation, and testing toolsCompensation and Work ArrangementThis is a remote, full-time, exempt position.
