Responsibilities


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-voltage cable testing, commissioning, and field service projects throughout North America. This role will manage projects from planning through completion while coordinating clients, technical teams, field personnel, and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage HV cable testing and commissioning projects from kickoff through closeout.Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.Coordinate engineering, field operations, equipment, and subcontractor resources.Track project performance and address schedule, cost, and quality issues.Manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities.Field & Resource CoordinationCoordinate field crews, equipment, materials, and site requirements.Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure projects are execution-ready.Support site planning, scheduling, and mobilization.Identify project risks and implement solutions to keep work moving.Client ManagementServe as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.Build strong relationships that support long-term customer partnerships.QualificationsBachelor’s degree ineering, Construction Management, or a related field3–5 years of project management experience withctrical, energy, or infrastructure industryExperience with high-voltage cables, substations, electrical testing, commissioning, or related work strongly preferredAbility to coordinate multiple projects, teams, and prioritiesStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsWillingness to travel throughout North America as project requirements dictate
