Requirements and responsibilities

As part of the Bank's strategic initiatives and in line with evolving regulatory expectations for D-SIB/LSI institutions, the Bank is progressing with the selection and implementation of a new Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) solution.Experience required 14+ years of "relevant" experience as it involves cross-functional initiative involving several stakeholders across Risk Management, Finance, Treasury, Technology, Data Management, Information Security and relevant business units (e.g., Treasury etc.) . The implementation will encompass activities such as solution design, data integration and reconciliation, model implementation and calibration, user acceptance testing, governance and control framework establishment, reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.Given the scale, complexity, and strategic importance of this initiative, we would appreciate the Transformation Office's support in assigning a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the project (along with provision of related costs, to feed into the demand management tool). At a high level, the Project Manager would be expected to:Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams;Implementation partner management;Program governance (e.g., milestone tracking, issues tracking and execution risk management);Managing dependencies across multiple workstreams and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.Co-ordinating activities across Risk, Finance, Treasury, Technology, Data, and implementation teams; All other activities that form part of/fall within PMO responsibilities
