🚀 We'er Hiring: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – Compensation (Fast Formula)Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules.Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas to support compensation, payroll, benefits, and business requirements.Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.Configure compensation plans, eligibility profiles, compensation cycles, and related processes.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation processes and Fast Formulas.Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations and customizations.Ensure system compliance, performance, and best practices within Oracle Fusion HCM.Required Skills & Qualifications6–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and support.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation.Expertise in Oracle Fast Formula development and customization.Experience configuring compensation cycles, plans, budgets, and eligibility criteria.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and integrations.Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
