A leading medical device organization is seeking an experienced Field Service Quality Project Manager to lead a nationwide quality remediation initiative involving 25,000+ diagnostic devices across the United States.The successful candidate will drive the transition from pilot deployment to full-scale remediation, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence across field service teams and third-party vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of a nationwide field service quality remediation program.Manage steering committee meetings and executive project status updates.Coordinate field service vendors, district leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.Develop project plans, timelines, and remediation strategies.Create and maintain SOPs supporting field service quality operations.Oversee the integration and harmonization of multiple Quality Management Systems (QMS).Conduct gap assessments against applicable medical device regulations and quality standards.Drive CAPAs, quality investigations, process improvements, and documentation.Ensure field service activities meet regulatory, quality, and operational requirements.Required Qualifications10+ years of Project Management experience leading quality remediation programs within the medical device industry.Strong knowledge of: ISO 13485; Medical Device Quality Systems; Field Service Quality Operations.Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing executive stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive timelines, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.Experience developing SOPs, CAPAs, and quality process documentation.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of ISO 9001 field service requirements.Lean Six Sigma experience.Familiarity with OSHA requirements related to medical device quality and field service operations.Willingness to travel occasionally to Newark, DE for key project milestones (travel expenses covered).Duration: 14-Month Contract.
