Requirements and responsibilities

Role Summary: - You will design, build, and maintain custom solutions across MHI's Zoho One suite (CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics). - You will focus on driving AI-powered automation by embedding LLM integrations and agentic workflows into clinical intake, billing, patient communication, and business development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom Zoho Creator apps using Deluge scripting. - Develop Zoho Flow integrations with third-party platforms. - Configure Zoho CRM. - Maintain Zoho Books for invoicing and financial reporting. - Build Zoho Analytics reports and dashboards. - Develop REST API integrations including Authorize.net, billing, and telehealth platforms. - Integrate AI and LLM tools such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude. - Integrate automation platforms such as Make, n8n, and Zapier AI to reduce manual work. - Implement role-based access controls, audit logging, and HIPAA-conscious data handling. Required Experience: - 3-5+ years of hands-on Zoho development including Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator. - Experience with Zoho Flow, custom functions, REST and webhook APIs. - Working knowledge of CRM, Books, and Analytics. - Practical experience integrating LLM and AI APIs and automation platforms into production workflows. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Telehealth, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience. - Authorize.net or payment processing experience. - Zoho Developer or Zoho One certification. - Python or JavaScript skills. - Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or Claude tool-use.
