Role Overview:
- Support next-generation AI server and GPU hardware testing by maintaining the cooling and environmental systems that keep critical test operations stable and reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain AI GPU board testing rooms and ensure environmental stability.
- Monitor and adjust Air Cooling (AC) and Liquid Cooling (LC) systems.
- Maintain required temperature, humidity, and airflow levels.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
- Troubleshoot cooling system failures, alarms, and environmental deviations.
- Diagnose abnormal readings and equipment performance issues.
- Work closely with Test Engineering and Facility teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians to maintain high system uptime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, temperature control, airflow, and cooling systems.
- Ability to read gauges/meters and monitor environmental parameters.
- Familiarity with AC/LC systems or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and multimeters.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance records and monitoring dashboards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
