About the RoleAt TJM Labs, we're helping pharmacies automate critical workflows through innovative technology solutions. We're looking for a Pharmacy Technician who enjoys working with technology, solving problems, and helping others succeed.In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between our pharmacy clients and our technology platform. We will provide comprehensive training on our products, automation tools, and implementation processes. Your primary responsibility will be helping pharmacies successfully deploy and utilize our solutions while ensuring ongoing system performance and client satisfaction.If you enjoy learning new technology, working directly with pharmacy staff, and improving operational efficiency, this role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your pharmacy knowledge with technology and customer success.This is a fully remote position.
