Project Equity is seeking a Capital Deployment Manager to help deploy catalytic capital through our Employee Ownership Catalyst Fund, supporting business transitions that preserve jobs, strengthen communities, and create wealth-building opportunities for employees.In this role, you'll work directly with business owners, employee ownership practitioners, investors, and ecosystem partners while helping expand access to financing for employee ownership transitions.
