🚨 Hiring: IT Business Analyst – Loftware / NiceLabel (Enterprise Labeling Solutions) 🚨This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to drive successful delivery of Print-on-Demand Labeling and SmartFlow Artwork Management initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering and discovery workshops with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and business stakeholdersDocument current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) labeling processesDevelop and maintain:BRDsFRDsUser StoriesProcess MapsAcceptance CriteriaDefine integration requirements between Loftware and:SAP / ERP SystemsPLM PlatformsSQL DatabasesEnterprise ApplicationsCreate and validate:Data mappingsBusiness rulesData flowsSource-to-target documentationSupport SmartFlow artwork management and approval workflow implementationFacilitate stakeholder alignment, requirement sign-offs, workshops, and governance meetingsLead UAT planning, test scenario development, defect management, and validation activitiesAssist with deployment readiness, training support, go-live activities, and hypercare supportRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience with Loftware, NiceLabel, or Enterprise Labeling SolutionsStrong understanding of:Print-on-Demand LabelingEnterprise Labeling ArchitectureLabel Template Standardization7+ years of Business Analysis experience including:BRDsFRDsProcess MappingUser StoriesGap AnalysisExperience supporting:ERP (SAP preferred)PLM SystemsDatabase IntegrationsData Mapping & Business RulesExperience with:SmartFlow or Artwork Approval WorkflowsUAT & Test ManagementMulti-site Enterprise ImplementationsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred ExperienceLoftware Enterprise Cloud ImplementationNiceLabel Platform ExperiencePharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, or other GxP-regulated environmentsLabel Template Migration & Consolidation ProgramsLarge-scale global transformation projectsTools & TechnologiesJiraConfluenceVisio / LucidchartSAPPLM SystemsSQL DatabasesLoftware Enterprise CloudNiceLabelSmartFlow📍 Location: Remote (US Eastern Time Zone Preferred)📍 Candidates: Connecticut or East Coast Preferred🛂 Visa: Open to All Eligible Work Authorizations
