We’re looking for a Business analyst / Data analyst.About LovoriseLovorise is a startup dedicated to creating a modern social messaging app that prioritizes safety, privacy, and ad-free experiences.Product Analytics & GrowthThey analyze product funnels, engagement, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for growth, focusing on user behavior to drive retention and monetization.Experimentation & Data ScienceAnalysts create hypotheses, design tests (e.g., A/B tests), and use SQL, R, or Python to evaluate experiments and product performance.Cross-functional CollaborationThey work closely with product management, engineering, design, and data science teams to guide decision-making with data-driven insights.RequirementsBachelor degree or above, graduate degree is preferred, math, statistics, computer-related majors are preferredStrong capability of data analytics is required12 months of experience in research and analysis positions in consulting, e-commerce/ads is preferredOutstanding reasoning capability and logic, with good problem solving methodologies, being able to independently output quality strategic solutionsStrong learning and adaptive ability, strategic framework thinking, sensitivity and insight into the businessStrategic thinking capacity, able to quickly understand the business and discover the connection between business and data performanceHigh proficiency in both written and spoken EnglishIf you’re interested, please send your CV to mazharul@lovorise.com
