We're now looking for a Globalization Coordinator to ensure localization and globalization operations across Nibble, Skillsta, and other supported products run smoothly — so that deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, efficiently, and on time, while continuously improving how the work gets done.The team you'll be working withYou'll be part of the Globalization team, working at the intersection of product, design, marketing, and linguistic expertise. Alongside you, there is another coordinator, a Growth Globalization Manager, and a network of linguistic experts who keep our products feeling local.This role is your calling if youConfidently and proactively use AI tools in your day-to-day work.Have strong project and operations management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workflows and stakeholders.Take a high level of ownership and accountability for outcomes.Can give, receive, and act on feedback, following radical candor principles.Communicate clearly and respectfully, drawing on principles of nonviolent communication.Have a strong see-do mindset: you notice what needs to be done and take initiative to move it forward.Bring a collaborative, team-first approach.Are comfortable working with ambiguity, evolving processes, and changing priorities.Bring strong cultural curiosity and openness to different markets, perspectives, and ways of working.What you'll doLocalization delivery: Coordinate the localization and production of Nibble and Skillsta lessons across supported languages, extending support to other products upon request.Workflow & people: Coordinate workflows and dependencies with Globalization and product teams, and workload distribution among linguistic experts alongside other coordinators.Quality & guidelines: Create, maintain, and improve localization and operations guidelines; coordinate quality checks of NMT/AI-assisted tools.Operations & reporting: Oversee time tracking for linguistic experts, support administrative system workflows, and report issues promptly.Continuous improvement: Identify operational gaps and help improve processes and tools; support automation implementation and maintenance.Analytics: Perform on-demand analytics requests with the support of AI tools.What do we offerWork within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.Hands-on training on our AI-assisted tools and localization workflows — genuine openness to learn matters more than prior hands-on experience.Regular check-ins, feedback, and growth conversations with your manager.
