Requirements:
- Experience leading teams of 10 people and supervising projects from end-to-end.
- Advanced English fluency (written and oral).
- Proficiency with CRMs and project management tools such as Notion, Airtable, or Monday.
Position Details:
- This is a 100% remote, full-time position.
- Working hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday.
Essential Tasks:
- Define Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables: Work with stakeholders to clearly outline the objectives, required resources, and measurable success metrics (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO projects, social media campaigns, website redesigns).
- Create and Manage Project Plans/Timelines: Develop detailed project schedules, set milestones, and establish clear deadlines for all phases of the digital marketing project, from content creation to campaign launch.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Create, track, and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are optimized and the project is completed within the allocated financial constraints.
- Team Coordination and Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment, and facilitate communication to resolve bottlenecks and conflicts.
- Stakeholder Communication and Expectation Management: Act as the main point of contact, providing regular status updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations of both internal teams and external clients/vendors.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks (e.g., algorithm changes, technical issues, content delays) and develop contingency plans to keep the project on track.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor campaign and project performance using analytics tools against the defined KPIs, and use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and adjustments.
- Quality Assurance (QA) and Review: Oversee the review process for all digital deliverables (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, email creatives) to ensure they meet quality standards, align with brand guidelines, and satisfy project objectives.
- Project Closure and Post-Mortem: Formalize the end of the project, document final outcomes and lessons learned, and codify successful processes for future digital marketing initiatives.
