About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Online Sales Specialist based in Colombia with a strong focus on Ecommerce. This role is responsible for driving online revenue, optimizing digital sales channels, and improving conversion performance across platforms. Responsibilities Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms Drive online sales through product optimization, pricing, and promotions Monitor and improve conversion rates and customer journey Analyze sales data, traffic, and performance metrics Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, funnels, and product launches Manage product listings, inventory visibility, and online merchandising Requirements Proven experience in Ecommerce or Online Sales roles Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and sales funnels Analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics or similar Understanding of digital marketing (paid ads, email, SEO basics) Excellent English communication skills Must be based in Colombia Experience working remotely is a plus
