The CRO will be responsible for driving net-new revenue, expanding existing client relationships, and aligning sales, marketing, and customer success functions to maximize revenue performance.This executive will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, building high-performing sales teams, and strengthening relationships with enterprise clients across target industries.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise sales leadership, complex deal cycles, and global delivery models, with a strong track record of driving significant revenue growth in a services or technology-enabled environment.Primary Job Responsibilities:Revenue Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute the company’s global revenue strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Drive net-new logo acquisition, revenue expansion, and long-term client growth.Establish revenue targets and ensure consistent attainment across sales and client success teams.Identify new markets, industries, and service offerings to accelerate revenue growth.Sales LeadershipLead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization.Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and deal closure.Implement structured sales methodologies and performance metrics to optimize pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.Drive large, complex enterprise deal strategies with C-suite stakeholders.Client Growth & Strategic AccountsBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners.Partner with delivery and operations teams to ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and increase wallet share.Go-To-Market StrategyAlign sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success under a unified revenue strategy.Collaborate with marketing to develop effective demand generation and brand positioning.Guide pricing strategies, value propositions, and competitive positioning.Organizational LeadershipRecruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and revenue teams.Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.Establish revenue operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.Desired Skills/Qualifications:Background in BPO, CX services, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.Experience driving revenue growth in global or multi-region organizations.Track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, competitive markets.Requirements15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and revenue leadership roles.Proven success leading large revenue organizations and scaling revenue growth.Demonstrated ability to close large, complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.Experience selling services, outsourcing, technology, or digital transformation solutions.Deep understanding of global delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore).Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-suite decision makers.Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in high-growth environments.
