Join Aprio’s Risk Advisory and Assurance Services team and help clients maximize their opportunities.Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Manager, Information Assurance Services to join their dynamic team.The Manager, Information Assurance Services helps lead client delivery relationships across practice areas including SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001. This role ensures high-quality delivery for client engagements; manages client relationships; manages client staffing and delivery; helps grow the IAS practice; and assists in recruiting and hiring. The role also helps lead and develop talent to support the IAS practice’s rapid growth of over 30% per annum. Strong project management skills are a must.ResponsibilitiesLeverage industry and technical expertise to assist management in identifying risks and controls associated with Aprio’s clients’ businesses.Manage the client across all phases of client delivery, including planning, delivery, staffing, relationships, quality, staff development, issue management, reporting, etc.Coach and develop staff.Assist with business development.Perform a variety of services for clients, including but not limited to: SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, HIPAA and HITECH Compliance, HITRUST, GDPR Consulting, Privacy Shield Certification, CCPA Consulting, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, etc.Approximately 30% travel time required.Lead internal initiatives as necessary.QualificationsA relevant certification (CPA, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CISSP, CISM, PCI DSS -QSA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, etc.) or a willingness to obtain a certification.Public Accounting (5+ years) or equivalent experience, including consulting and/or auditing experience.Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to produce excellent written reports and audit documentation.Propensity to learn and self-develop.Commitment to exceptional client service and creative problem-solving ability with a consultancy mindset.Flexible, self-starter with the ability to interact with various levels of a client and firm management.Ability to lead engagement teams, review work papers and testing, and manage client relationships.Ability to train and develop team members.Ability and desire to assist with sales and the growth of the practice.Ability to project manage, including managing multiple delivery teams and clients at the same time.Strong role model who creates a positive work environment for the team.5+ years of experience in IT auditing and consulting.Salary range$110,000 - $176,000 a year.
