Responsibilities

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor DAT and Truckstop load boards daily during US business hours • Source and book loads that meet company rate floors by lane • Negotiate rates with freight brokers via email, portal, and phone • Submit carrier packets to new brokers and track approval status • Follow up with broker contacts after clean deliveries to deepen relationships • Identify high-value broker relationships to prioritize for contract lane opportunities • Track loads per truck, revenue per mile, and deadhead percentage weekly • Escalate to US management any relationship that warrants a direct call • Maintain organized records of all broker contacts, load history, and rate data ________________________________________ REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2 years experience in US freight brokerage, or US-facing logistics BPO • Hands-on experience with DAT and/or Truckstop load boards — non-negotiable • Working knowledge of US freight broker landscape and carrier-broker dynamics • Understanding of FMCSA Hours of Service regulations and US DOT compliance basics • Strong written English — professional broker and shipper email communication • Spoken English confidence for broker calls when required • Experience with a TMS platform preferred (Samsara, McLeod, Rose Rocket, or similar) • Ability to work US Pacific or Central time zone hours consistently • Self-directed — able to manage daily workload without close supervision
