We are excited to announce that Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is hiring a Physician Recruiter. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the flexibility of being 100% remote. The role includes a competitive base salary along with the opportunity for monthly bonuses.In this role, you will be instrumental in building provider pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and supporting critical recruitment needs across our expanding pediatric ASC network.We are seeking a candidate with strong provider sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally in anesthesia. Experience in recruiting anesthesiologists and CRNAs is essential, as we aim to bring the best candidates to the forefront. Additionally, dental recruitment experience would be a valuable asset.
