This established and fully bonded credit repair company is seeking a Credit Repair Consultant Virtual Assistant to support client consultations, lead follow-up, onboarding, and customer support activities.This role combines warm lead follow-up, client communication, administrative support, and sales support responsibilities. The VA will speak directly with clients by phone, chat, and virtual consultation, helping explain the credit repair process and guiding clients through onboarding and account management.This is a voice-heavy, fast-paced role best suited for candidates who are confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Credit repair experience is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Client Communication & ConsultationsConduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and active clientsReview and discuss client credit reports at a high levelExplain the credit repair process and available services clearly and professionallyCommunicate clearly with clients and help resolve questions or concernsLead Follow-Up & Sales SupportFollow up with warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales processAssist with outbound lead follow-up activitiesSupport the internal sales team with scheduling and communicationConduct cold lead outreach activities during downtime through phone calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other assigned outreach methodsClient Onboarding & Administrative SupportMaintain accurate client records within the CRMUpdate account information and document interactions properlyAssist with onboarding and account setup processesSupport day-to-day administrative workflows related to client managementTeam CoordinationCoordinate with internal sales and operations teams to support client successFollow established workflows and communication standardsMaintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client informationEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement.
