Requirements and responsibilities

About HighriseHighrise is a digital fashion platform with millions of players who live and breathe style. We're in the business of fashion, it just happens to be digital. Identity, self-expression, and taste are at the core of everything we build. Our players notice the difference between good and great, and so do we. Our Drip Drop series is what we mean when we talk about quality. That is the bar. This role exists to hit it every week and push it higher. The RoleWe're looking for a creative genius. Not "great for a game studio." Not "strong for their market." Someone with a rare gift for fashion, an instinct for what people will love before they know they love it, and the craft to execute it at the highest level. The best in the world, full stop. This is not a game art role. Highrise is a digital fashion platform, and we are on the frontier of what digital fashion can be. The work you'll make here lives alongside and competes with the best in physical fashion. Our players are style-conscious, taste-driven, and they notice everything. The bar is that high because it has to be.You'll own drops end to end and you'll own the outcome. That means everything: the initial concept and creative direction, the concept art, the final item production, and all the promotional and merchandising art that surrounds a release. You're not handing off to the next person in the pipeline. You're seeing it through from the first sketch to the moment it lands in players' hands, and you're accountable for what happens next. Did players love it? Did it perform? Those numbers are yours. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and Producer, and you'll set the standard for the artists around you.Drip Drop quality is not the ceiling here, it's the floor. If that excites you instead of intimidating you, keep reading. This is a high-output, high-accountability role. Weekly shipping cadence. No ramp-up period where mediocre work is acceptable. We expect exceptional from day one. What You'll DoOwn drops from start to finish: concept ideation, concept art, final item production, and the promotional and merchandising art that brings a release to lifeDevelop fashion-forward clothing, characters, and accessories with a point of view, not just technical executionDeliver at Drip Drop quality across every stage of the pipeline, every week, without exceptionLead the creative direction for your drops. You care how the work lands in the game and in the community, not just how it looks in isolationPartner with external artists or studios when needed, maintaining creative consistency and throughputWhat We're Looking ForA portfolio that is genuinely world-class, strong across the full pipeline from initial concept through final assets and promo art, with a clear fashion sensibility that needs no explanationA demonstrable ability to produce at Drip Drop quality level, consistently, across the full lifecycle of a dropExperience owning creative work end to end, not just one stage of a pipeline5+ years of experience in fashion design, concept art, or a related creative field. There is no tradeoff between the twoA complete ownership mentality.
